Once upon a time…

Reflect, Relate, Release is a process and a journey. To be a reflective practitioner is to reflect intentionally and on your actions to learn and grow continually. We involve the process in various aspects of our life, from budgeting and financial planning to unpacking our busy day in the evening, through reflective journaling. Each word—reflect, relate, and release is a verb and requires an action step to complete, relying on an engagement with the previous step. In practice, it pushes you to focus on each step authentically. The result is intentional and focused, reflective dialogue with yourself, and ongoing personal development. Reflective practice develops into an intentional life journey, as it is a continuous process. Little time is lost or wasted, and more time and opportunity is revealed. It is what many may strive for in a purpose-driven life.
